Buying new items is a strong habit that’s hard to break. For the online book platform BoekenBalie, we researched what holds people back and what gets them excited about secondhand books. With these insights, we set up BoekenBalie’s new brand positioning, rebranding and creative campaign concept to make second-hand first choice.
